Sustaining the Passion of Soul winning.

Soul winning is a beginning of a process A soul winning is constructing his future and greatness. Matthew 9: 35

 

1. Passion

Maintaining your passion for soul winning starts with what do you see..Passion is a strong desire. Passion comes from the innermost part of your being. If you don't see what God want you to see, you will loose your passion.Create a strong passion for soul winning. This will maintain your glow for soul winning.

2. You have to look for the needs of people. 

God can only give as far as your eyes can see. Every body in your city are potential soul for Jesus. Start having visions for your city. Until you see, you can't win. Look out for the need of other people, especially their basic need and how you can solve their problem.

3. Have compassion.

You can see a need and not be moved. The condition of your city should move you. You must be stirred on the inside. Sustain your passion by having compassion on the lost, by praying for them on a daily basis.

4. Confession

Your confession is important in sustaining your passion for soul winning. Your confession brings clarity in your life. Confession and prayers is key in sustaining your passion in sustaining the power of soul winning. You have to pray before you go on evangelism, Pray for the souls you plan to reach-out to. Prepare their minds in prayer to receive Christ into their lives

5. Training leaders. 2kings 1:7

To sustain the passion you must train leaders. You must have the vision of growth. Unlimited vision. The vision must be a matter of urgency. Train and teach your converts to do the same. Teach them how to win souls equip them for the gospel of our lord Jesus

6. There must be a plan.

There must be plan on how you want to achieve your soul winning target, and the method in which you want to reach out to this souls There must be a plan to increase your resources. It is not your income that determines your vision, it is your vision that determines your income. There must be execution of your plan.

7. There must be commitment.

There must be commitment in soul winning. you must be commitment to the work in other to see results.Because one you are seeing result of your souls then you will be motivated to win more thereby sustaining the power of soul wining.  Don't give up on your passion. 

8. There must be faith

Faith is an important virtue in sustaining the passion for soul winning. With faith you are more confident, because you are walking with God to achieve his divine purpose for your life.
