Exercise Regularly & Daily.

Physical and emotional exercise help a lot in controlling your blood sugar level. Constant exercise will help you maintain a healthy weight and  increase sensitivity to insulin which will enable your cells to use the sugar in your blood stream. Exercising regularly keep you fit and healthy and also helps you emotionally and gets the heart to function better.

Eating a balanced diet will help control your sugar level.Micronutient like chromium and magnesium are good for regulating sugar in a long term. Chromium aids metabolism and can be found in eggs and whole grain product. Magnesium deficiency raises the risk of developing diabetes so add more fish, leaf greens, bananas,dark chocolate to your diet


Control your Weight

 Having a check on your weight regularly will help monitor your glucose level. Control your diet, eat Moderately. And exercise regularly to keep your weight intact. How ever you should always consult your doctor before making changes of diet especially if you already have issues blood sugar control. Weight control also promotes and encourages healthy blood sugar level and has being proven to reduce the risk of diabetes.

Avoid Excess intake of Alcohol
