The premise of employment is hours for money." While you are at work, work and do your work with passion and make significant impact everyday, Work and do Job you were hired to do. If  you become less creative t work, you are advertising tor job role for another to take up. Be Wise! So become motivated and challenge to bring new ideas at work each day.  Your Job may not be your calling but it is your income , be grateful for it. Some took chance and hired you. Pray for them and wish them well. Be grateful for it.

Before you quit your Job to chase your dream, do your research very well, count the cost, say your prayers, be bi vocational first. Until you are pleased with your JOB, you may not attain excellence and perfection at work. Making it necessary for your boss to have to make you do your JOB or constantly check on you, this depreciates your value and makes a nonsense and mock of your contract of engagement.

Your JOB role becomes qualitative when it meaningfully contributes to the goal of the organization. Be known as that one that will never procrastinate on the JOB. Every JOB mirrors the personality of the one who is ding it. Leave a signature of excellence on every work you do. If you are looking for a JOB where nothing will ever upset you, then be prepared to stay Jobless. A pefect work environment is a mirage.
