1. When the person involved do not even know what love means. 

 One of the things that makes love goes wrong is when the person royal partner you are dating does not know what love is. Love is patient, love is kind, love is enduring. You an your partner should have the knowledge about love. This will make the relationship stand the taste of time. Ensure your partner is not in a relationship because of sex, or what he or she wants to collect from the relationship.

2. If they don't have a relationship with God, 

If they don't love God ,they can't love you effectively, Because the originator of love is God. Ensure your partner has a personal relationship with God, Don't date someone because He or She is nice and a good guy/girl, because he/She buys things for you, All this will stop if He/She does not have a personal relationship with God. God is love, Build your relationship on God's love. God's love is the solid foundation. Ensure your partner is filled with the spirit, tongues speaking and full of the word of God. God's love is the only love that will hold you guys for life.

3. Love is a responsibility not an expectation.

Love is your responsibility..Never get into a love relationships with expectation, enter into the relationship with responsibility.3. 1 Corinthians 13:1.When it becomes more of an expectation instead of responsibility. Once you in a relationship, be ready to take up responsibility, Do not be a parasite in your relationship. Constantly look for ways to make your relationship better and sweeter

4. When your environment begins to set the standard of how your love operate.

 1john 4:7.  Love is practice..Human being by nature is selfish. Love being intentional to be kind.Your environment does not set the standard for love.Let the word of God set the standard for your love relationship, not your environment. Don't copy your friends relationship, Don't compare relationship. Build yours on a solid foundation, which is God's love
